Little eye sketch
 

Haven't done any real pixel art lately so I thought I'd show you a sketch I made earlier of an eye! Not really that great but I was bored so I downloaded a photoshop program (a free trial) and was just playing around with it.

Cool, but I can't say if it's the right or left eye =P

Well I know I drew it improperly but the are where the eye muscle and tear duct are visible is specifically on the side of the eye that's by the nose, so that would be the left eye. but I just realized that the eyelid goes over than part showing only a small bit of it...ill probably fix that later.

It's pretty easy, eyelashes tend to point away from the nose. There is also the red... thing, that is located on the side near the nose. Apparently it's called a... Lacrimal caruncle?

This was probably the first or second time I've ever really tried to draw something on the computer so i don't even know if i used the proper brushes/tools or even the best program.

Uh so I made the next eye but it looks kind of off so I'll continue working on it.

They're not the same proportions to begin with, they're also using different hues/shading which makes it look... weird.

Bottom eyelashes tend to be ignored in art because the top eyelashes are most prominent.

Also, I think the three huge lashes are a huge detraction to this piece.

In my original post I meant that I had no pixel art to show so I was posting a drawing instead.

I agree totally...but I'm afraid I don't have the skill in the program I'm using to adequately add depth to the drawing so it's put everything off in the drawing.
