May I ask as to why the traders are being replaced by people such as StormY and Siwin?

Well they were changed because Dante told Dan to change it and Dan did. At least that is what my perspective is on what happened. Maybe Dante can elaborate.

They deserve a spot in Zone history. Traders are a good way for their names to be remembered ;P.
<-- My opinion, I can't think of other reasons though. Not a real problem though, its not hurting anything and I like the change myself.

We've had this discussion before. If players deserve to be remembered they do not have to be represented. Players will always remember them.

What is the criteria you want to judge if someone should be a trader? Only if they quit? Only if Dante remembers them as a god?

Kidding. Oldbies that have earned it and don't play Zone anymore; I only wanted tao but then I thought maybe it could be a little update. I asked Jesse who we else should add and he suggested Storm.

Could add more later (maybe make a ingame and forum poll for people to vote on the next trader) but right now there's more pressing matters to attend to devwise.

hmmm...why not we make a "museum-planet" where we can find statues and small descriptions of honored rememberd oldbies..

Whats not serious about a giant pluffy trader named after Crono?

when i first saw StormYs i expected to see more and i went searching all planets, i was expecting people like touya, huwajux, IXI(bahamutstevetff) to be on other planets, but then again huwajux and IXI still play sometimes.

Touya still plays Graal... StormYs does too.

Touya: Rarely plays Graal. Just recently started again and he only plays UN.

Stormy: Same as Touya, except he plays GK.


The idea behind it is people who don't play ZONE anymore, so we don't see them. If IXI had quit I would have made the Deathmatch trader look like him, but he still plays.

That's going too far. It's a nice idea to have them as traders, but making an entire planet filled with statues of old players is pointless. People won't know, or care, who they are besides a few of us lot.

There better be one of RealDDC or I am going to weep uncontrollably. He was better than both Siwin and Storm. Oh and Ace too! ^^

I think that a museum is a good Idea with a discription of al player and his stats.
Btw maybe a statue for the player of the week ?

I have a idea for the traders:

The players of the week, dont get a prize or other.
But i think, they must get a prize !
My idea is to change the trader in the player who is player of the week!
Then is there every week another trader, and than its cool to be player of the week!
