Whats the server like?
This server is a RPG (Role Playing Game) Server base on real life. Similar to the Sims Online but more action
The server is probably one of the most unique server on graal online has ever seen
we started this project like a week ago and already got all the systems up and alot more things
the server offers something completely different to graal sorry folks no major guns / gangs though you can make your own bad boy group in between your circle but if you step on the wrong foot you will have to fight the law - Please Read Jailing System
it will have action that is base on melee fighting.

The Theme of the Reality
Its base on a young foreign exchange student that comes to Reality World and while he/she live over here
for a year her mom and dad past away and living with his/her aunt so she has to make a life in The Reality.

I can tell you this , what ever in real life , we will have it on The Reality xP



Whats New?

The job system is number one its very unique for a server to do this
people will have to get a education to get a good job, thats right has to do some classes ect.
Taxi driver- take people around and get paid for it
Police Officer- protect cilivians in the city
Fireman- when theres a fire brust out in the city you have to fight with fire for players to have safety
else the fire will grow bigger and bigger if it aint stop right away
Working at Resturants
Working at Hotels/Inn
Houses For Players to loan/buy
and many more things

The next thing new is the jailing system, now when u fight on the streets and a police officer pass by they will handcuffs you
and you will go to prison but you will have to break out of prison to get free.

Yes there will be bad spots of the city life like anywhere else you go too

We have a new way for to work out in the gym so your punch becomes more damage
you have to make sure u keep your energy and food in your body or you will go hungry and become very weak.

Thats pretty much what we are going to give for info wise till we hit hosted if we get the help we know we can hit hosted before christmas for sure.

I know this is just a staff hiring thread but isn't that Atrius' tileset? :x
Doesn't really make your server unique if you don't have a unique tileset.

nope its not Atrius tileset
we orginally was going to change Atrius too Reality but James didnt want too
we will approve the tileset but were lack of gfxers if we get some gfxers it would look alot better

Its nothing like era..I think its a mix of graal x and atrius tilesets

how is that not atrius' tileset? looks the same to me.

trust me its not atrius tileset at all Atrius has alot more better buildings then we got and the tiles atrius tileset is completed ours is not

I'd love to wait for hours for a pixel bus to come pick me up o.o

There've been about a million Atrius tilesets. It wouldn't be to hard to come by an older version.

I don't care about tilesets, I want to drive a taxi. :D

Your GUI needs a bit of work as the area surrounding the selected item looks like a Tamagotchi, but I like some of your ideas I'm just concerned about their execution. The tileset looks too generic and I'm not too fond of the custom bodies setup. Maybe you should talk to Dusty and he might be able to push you into a better direction in terms of graphics, he has some threads about designing better modern servers dotted around the forums.

Anyways i like the idea but if there are going to be guns all over the place it's just another era server.....

I mean basically era system is like this shoot a police and never get locked up :-p

If you want a real world modern server i suggest you make something like a city take newyork as an example..

certain areas there's gang/violence and there's era where certain lifestyle is peacefully.

But the only thing that makes era what it is today is guns, so am not sure what are you going to use to target players to come join.

If it was me i would of made a army server :( based on wars and other countrys something productive...More like a COD 4 server :-p

Reality life is so old everyone else is trying it now for there server i mean there's already Era then Uptopia Artius and many more coming i bet...

Im wondering how you managed to spell the last two servers wrong..If you people read what they are going on, all thats similar to era is the setting, most of their ideas are not even close to similar to eras. Just because its based in a modern time doesnt mean its an era clone

Graphics do the job of making it an Era clone better than any server idea can. Sadly, I never got around to doing the exterior tutorial on Not Looking Like Era.

I agree. I'm working on a tileset and coupled with your tutorial, it'll look nothing like Era.

Most modern servers have been ignored by the PWA in the past simply because Era exists.

And because the majority of UC modern servers don't look or feel distinguishably different from Era, which doesn't say much for the creators of such servers.

More often than not, the creators were Era players. >_<

Era is pretty bad to be honest. It could be so much better, but to me it looks like UC servers often think more about new content while Era focuses on the same issues -- there's just that little issue with the UC servers looking, feeling and being controlled exactly the same way.

Looks like a crappy GTA. If you want reality go outside..

also, your storyline needs a lot of work. it's really dumb to just be like "you came here from a foreign country. your parents died and now you need to make a living, here's the server"

Shame all these Era-wannabe staff members weren't around for Bravo Evolved.

Why would you want to emulate being a guy from a foreign country? It's not GTA4 so brutally intense violence and language and stuff isn't going to work. You're going to be -200000 from GTA4.

Also, why emulate reality? I'm not excited about going to sleep or the bathroom in my fake world, because that's stuff that holds me back in the real world from killing a guy.

Dude that's rediculous. Not even public servers have that much staff support.

I don't like the games myself, but apparently the Sims is a huge hit. Because of that, I'm sure someone around the world likes those types of games.
