Are you satisfied with the job our staff is doing? With the job that our dev staff is doing?

Do you have any suggestions to help us improve the quality of our work? Is there anything we can do that would make your Zone experience more enjoyable?

Please let us know. I'll make sure Daniel and Stefan both look at this thread so they'll finally hear what you have to say.

(Staff members can post in here, too. If you have ideas that could further improve Zone feel free to post them in here)

suggestion:

Add more things to buy with zone money. The other day I created a thread about it and Dan sed he already had a plan about it... Though nothing about it has happened yet :(

He told me Stefan liked it but wasn't sure if he could get Unixmad to do it.

I'm satisfied with pretty much anything that gets added to zone... almost anything, and I like most of the staff.

I'm just glad Zone's still there to play, lol

About the Zone money; we cannot just do "Oh, lets add 10 weapons to the shop". The Gelat shop is for weapons, since after all there are a lot of costs to pay for Graalonline (I guess). We still need to find a way to create more use for people with a lot of Zone money, but it isn't going to be the little idea I had.

If you can click cancel you can just relog and the event summoner will be back up. Once again it was probably someone inexperienced, ______.

The guy that did the "strickly NO teaming" rule must of been that ______ guy.

I'd like the development to have a bit more freedom to work. Maybe search for someone who can script simple things. If ET commands are simple that'd be cool.


No one can watch everything at once. Whoever the ET was probably didn't see the teaming.

But yeah, when I used to host (On N-Pulse but the principle is still the same) I would see tons of pm's pop up on my screen at once. And usually if I was in the middle of hosting an event that I'm supposed to be watching for cheaters I completely ignored them until the end so I could do my unpaid job.

Naturally, people better not be chatting with others while their supposed to be hosting xD. But Deathmatch is a big planet for 1 ET to patrol when theres a lot of players on it. Usually we try to get more then 1 ET/event but we can't always be that fortunate.

Last I heard Dan was trying to get Ian some rights so he could finish some projects (like the Admin panel) and some ET commands would be simple for someone like Ian to script.

I like to Zone staff.

But some time i see, they host a event, but don't know some Commands!
I need to help that staff, i know the most commands, if i see that, i think, Why they are staff?

i think zone staff do an outstanding job.

If there is an event going on, on platforms then the only way you wouldn't be able to enter the planet is if the teams were blocked. If the teams were blocked and the warper vanished then sorry you missed the event? Your loss, not the ETs fault.

I'm not sure if your trying to talk about Jumprace so I'll cover that as well. While on jumprace, the only way the Warper icon can vanish is if the Race is being started (in which time there would be no way good way to warp you to the event). So if you didn't make the warper in time, tough luck? :S

This reminds me of Name's subtle hints towards Events Team membership.



On topic, please do not post issues with INDIVISUAL staff members in this thread. Forum PM me them and I will handle it.

Needs more Ravenblade.

Im Oftenly not happy with the Staff, They very often to Lazy to host some events.
They arnt very Creative ( As Example the times with MightyLord and AZ ) They MAde cool things with mechs or Blasters with proxmines, It doesnt really work perfectly but its cool!

Staffs should also listen better to The players and do What THEY like And not what they like themselves.

Staff generally do listen to the players but there is little that can be done to help them. Take for example the "Get off your Vehicle to join this event" problem. Not just any staff can help. You need to talk to stefan or Dan about this and they would have to look in to it.

As for the rest I really can't defend them as I have seen this happen too.

Its A Other thing If a staff that is FAQ and hosting ( So not AFK) Negates You ....

If you have an issue with indivisual staff members please Forum PM Daniel or I and we will look into it.

Please understand that it is very difficult for ETs to enforce rules while hosting. They can't be everywhere at once.

yes this is true. Its rude but I think most of the higher staff listen when its convenient to them. Dante is right too. It is hard to host and enforce rules. I was an ET remember. Its hard as anything to do both.

Is this FAQ hosting with his FAQ tag? If so then first of all, that's just stupid, and secondly when he puts on his ET tag he does not have to comply with the expectations of an FAQ (E.g. Answering questions, etc).

Explain this "Get off your vehicle to join this event" problem, I have no idea on what your talking about. Staff can help anybody with anything, Just not as easier as other people :) I'm not real too sure on why this had to do with anything x.x

I tend to agree with jesse on this pico57. Just keep trying and you will eventually be hired but try to improve yourself.

@Huwajux: I don't want to be rehired. In fact I just post in the forums now. Ever since I moved to this new house I have found myself with a life again and I love it.
