hi, im trying to play graal from a other computer. but it needs approval , so the game tells me it has send an email, but i never get this email, so i cant play the game from a other computer.

can someone manually approve me?

Yes, but it will cost you your Lifetime Classic if you have it. And I'm not even kidding. Make a support center ticket about it.

If it's a glitch (e.g. the email is correct, but you aren't receiving the email), they should fix it. If you need an email changed, it'll cost you lifetime classic unless you have an active subscription.

Yeah, you need to change your e-mail if it's messed up.

I recommend just buying a month or so of Gold, updating your e-mail, get things squared away, and then go back to playing your Lifetime.
