Epoch is back in development

Hello everyone..Epoch has been at a major delay in development and mostly due to me not being able to access this account for a while, but now im back and am willing to get back to work on a great project. We currently are in the need NATs, you do not need to be official staff if you do not choose to, we may need you just to answer questions, help debug, or help figure out how to script a certain object.

Oh..sorry, i almost forgot, we do already have posted info on the server in two seperate threads.

I was wondering what happened to this. I still like the idea and hope you keep it up.

so how many classes have u done?

BonzaiXxXSRStudios 09-20-2008 05:00 AM

How many have we done or how many are we deciding to do?

MagikMasterMind 09-20-2008 05:06 AM

Sounds interesting.

Yeah, i would say creating the concept was the fun part, its finding people to help within graal and outside of graal that is the challenging part, but i suppose it is getting a little better with the support of everyone who comments back on the forums. Im glad i got access back to this account or we would be helpless.

It's easy to make a story and ideas, good luck with suiting the action to the word!

Lol..yeah so, he stated it pretty clearly. Yeah, but we have yet to start on classes yet. We are now just developing the tileset and the guis. One again, if anyone is interested in helping, even temporarily, pst me on the forums. Thanks

Good news perhaps, i recently just joined an orginization called NSBE and it is a group of engineers from all computer oriented majors, and some people decided to help me with my game. Now i have found some really cool people that tell me that they got a bit of knowledge in some game designing areas. One person informed me that she has been in designing architeture for four years. Yes i know, this may sound a little unusual for a 2d game, but this is going to go further than 2d, even though i think 2d is awsome (been playing graal since 2001) but, perhaps i would like my game here anyway to see what this "orginazation/team" can pull off because every great game needs somewhere... or something to start it off. I also may have recruited two java programmers and too many sketch artist, (lol j/k, can never have too many) some know how to use autocad which at this case is totally useless to us but great for future 3d projects. The reason that i posted this is because i wanted everyone to know that i believe graal is bigger than just a game to make more graal based games (servers) but its also a great tool to use in the beginning of starting new and more creative projects outside of graal. The second reason i posted this is so that i may inform you that my programmers may not understand the GS2 language very quickly but im sure they will catch on eventually. If this team does come onto graal, all i ask if the knowledgeable programmers of graal assist them if i make a plea for help in learning the language for they might not be all able to access forums. Thanks.

BonzaiXxXSRStudios 09-30-2008 08:27 PM

Lol thanks codein. ;) IF any graphics designers would pm via forum, i would appriciate it. I would like to talk to use about helping out with my project. Not necessarily hiring.
