i got a summer job so i should b able 2 afford them soon.

I've owned the set before, and they're really nothing to rave about. They don't have the speed bonus to be as useful as RoW, and don't have the stats to match RoE either. But if you want to squander your money, feel free.

It's called wear other pieces of gear that give you the same amount of dex. They don't grant speed. With one or two major pieces of armor, I was able to run around with at least 5.6 speed and over 600 mana. And that was way before Gale was released.
