Ironically, it's illegal to scam in front of police but if there are no police it is legal. It's funny though, because when I was scammed in front of the Police Chief nothing happened to the person who scammed me

Beware of scammers, we can't do anything about the scammer unless you have a police witness, or enough people complain about the person.

I understand that, But no where there does it say it is Jailable, and can be corrected by an Administrator(MONEY and ITEMS taken away and replaced to the person), without Stefan's Permission.

Yes, you know what this is? This is a game of hide and go seek! The goal is to scam as many people as we can before we get caught, get a slap on the wrist (5 rocks) and go out and scam again.
Today I lost 20 gralats (2 durbies, 2 gold) because some ***** with gold AP took them from me. He is jailed for 5 min, but of course he doesn't have to give the arc back because that isn't a Police's job.
THe ONLY good a Police does on new main is intimidation. But lately, they've all been afraid to pull out their RC's and take some action. So then I ask, what good is a Police? If you ask me, absoutely nothing. They do NOTHING on new main, they will just stand around and act like we are inferior beings.

Stefan only allows the Police Chief and Asst. Chief level 1 RC, because if you gave them any higher, i am sure they would attempt to Correct Scamming by taking your cash money and giving it to other people. (LIKE SOME CURRENT IDIOT ADMINS, AND ONES THAT WERE FIRED).

You don't understand that Police were once Graalians, and cannot be trusted fully yet, just because they make it to Police Chief.

Scamming is the one thing that confuses me the most, whether I should jail or not. I follow Iracious's rules.

The only way I would see scamming as legal is only and ONLY when a police sees it. Screenshots and the such don't count, you would have to be right there. Plus, who is stupid enough to scam in front of Police? Torankusu did it to try and get me fired for jailing him.

Scamming shouldn't be illegal. Seriously think for a second, there are plenty of trading items, and people who are to stupid to use them, and always get scammed. If this become illegal then we will have people who say they were scammed but they werent so they can fool a police and get money for nothing. It should keep legal like it is. I get about everyday from someone ,"Someone scammed me! I payed for a bomy!" People seem to forget or don't know, now there is a bomy trading thing, and it can be used to trade your bomy. Of course they get scammed and come to a police and whine when it's there own fault for not being smart enough.

The only one that would actually clear things up for everyone is Stefan. Someone give me the URL with the post that Stefan had about scamming. I personally think it shouldn't be illegal, but I am just following orders.

You shouldn't be jailed.. Stefan said it's legal so it is. I was never informed on this rule if it's in front of a police then jail them, most people just get off right after they do it so they cant be jailed. That guy is probably the most scammed guy on graal.
