Tattoo Design (Sketch)

Hello, my friend requested me to design him a tattoo,
he told me his idea and went for it..
well this is still a sketch, and i cant talk to him now for his approval,
so I would like your opinions on it, would it look good when its cleaned,refined and colored?(might just do it in illustrator)

but i dont know as tattoo :O

Clean lines are preferred on tattoos. They're easier to tattoo, and as a result, results are usually better.
