Mouse Controls not totally disabled

If you uncheck the "Enable Mouse" button, left and right clicking still equips whatever items you have.

This would be nice to see fixed. I always end up putting on a weapon I don't wish to have on.

and fix the scrolling with weapons u have on your hotkeys..
