team specific veichles
 

so, i was thinking. the veichles at a teams base should be reserved for that team only. the veichles at storm riders base could be blue, and sweepfleets yellow. because i see a lot of people who go up to the opposite teams veichles and plant landmines with the veichles, so that when someone comes along to get on the veichle, they die. it comes along with base laming. either that or make it so that the landmines planted are team friendly to the team that belongs to the veichle.

This wouldnt stop base laming completly but it would help just like how Nataxo's idea helped.

Before entering an vehicle make sure there is no mines under it by throwing a grenade/barrel at it.

what if theres no barrels around slash you cant afford grenades, think about it, noobs cant afford gernades and probably think that barrels arent pickupable

Then get an idiot to do it for you. Say "Hey! Get on that bike!" If they blow up, Your bike. If not, well owned.

Barrels respawn back, otherwise you can use solidsnake's idea =P

Sometimes you don't have time to do that without being killed if your under pressure by 7-10 people.

Then by the time you can throw the barrel or grenade at the mines your killed. Then when you come back the other team probably already put more mines under the speeder.

One problem, streamers can be put on hotkeys. Second you get on, at least one of those people are going to zap you, and then you're done for. x_x

yes you could, but see when a base is being lamed, theyre RIGHT there, which makes them more available and quicker.

Yes but isn't it a bit of a strategy if they place mines or even barrels for that reason?
Placing mines is a precaution to kill anyone who dare try to run away.
If we can't place barrels, most players will just roll barrels so the barrel will poison you if you try to get in. Most Zone players would find a way to work around this if it was added.

keyword most, not all, are you getting the point to of this atall ? its for new people who have no clue what theyre doing, this isnt for old players.

I want to see 3-4 person jeeps on zone. Would own. with 1 driver, 2 seats, and a turret

So why do you think it will help new players to have a color coded vehicle? Couldn't the bike display the team icon below it?
I know this is for new players, but I do not understand how color coding vehicles will help them. It would just demote them as if we thought they were too stupid to know they could get in the vehicle. But some players need that..

the colour of the teams symbol which is right underneath them when they walk would be on the teams bike . sure you could put a symbol, it wouldnt make a difference.

no team specific vehicles...sorry but ZONE WARS? Mechs for darkside and speeders for light side but each team can get into the other teams vehicles...so even if u gave specific vehicles that only storm riders could get in...there couls still be mines underneath them.its not hard to prox.so even if ur idea was viable then people would still lame under bikes and base laming would continue much the same way as it has been,the noobs being lamed by the best...and the gelat noobs flying around laming evrything in sight.unless they still suck....

so what im saying is NO. no team specific anythings. if u think about it it doesnt make sense because if sweep is base laming Storm then nobody will get to their TEAM SPECIFIC bikes anyways and the ones that do will be lamed with streamer.

I would rather have it as the mines had different colours.

and storm's black
lmao, it serves as camouflage for snow/buildings respectively.

It would make more sence if Sweep's where yellow and Storm's where blue. Even though it wouldnt camouflage very good.

It would make more sense if they stayed the same colour as they are now. Its not that hard to watch where your going..
