Support Center

I submitted a ticket over a week ago about content I created which is currently on another server.

Still nothing has been done.

I often get misdirected tickets. Make sure you set the correct adress (e.g. playerworld ban if it'S a question about Era and not GK bans).
This can be a reason why you have to wait longer to get an answer.

It isn't.

I got a response saying "Yes, I'll check in on them some time".

My problem is that still, nothing has been done.

In that case send the person, if possible a friendly PM and remind her/him.

I have. I've also posted several messages as in "has this been done yet" in the ticket.

Still nothing.

PMs and support tickets have been tried countless times by almost everybody with a problem. The only way to get noticed is by posting it here and having the thread derailed.

It's the only way.

I've made contrary experience.

And I have experience that supports what I've said.

As do a lot of people here.

I think it would be a good idea to have a team of people whose job it is to check the worlds under construction and help them out/instruct them in what is necessary and also to make nice suggestions about what they could do.

cbk1994 06-16-2008 10:42 PM

Well, I got a response, and it basically said that:

1) They don't care if they have my content
2) They don't plan on removing it
3) The one who responded is having a bad day with English.

I shouldn't have to explain this to you but because I'm really getting tired of your attitude, I will. I was gone for 4 days taking care of my granddaughter. If you couldn't wait until I returned and got caught up with support tickets then you seriously have issues yourself. Its a UC server, I put those issues at a lower priority than I do player issues and Hosted/Classic server issues. Just because you feel its a life and death issue that needs to be handled this instant doesn't make it special.

Keep pushing this and you may find yourself without any support at all.

It's becoming a trend among of all of Graal's staff to have several excuses prepared as to why your jobs can't be done to their fullest.

Graal's staff have lives. Doesn't mean we dont have time for Graal, but there are things in our lives that take priority over Graal.
I cant speak for everyone, but my family is more important than any job, paid or not, and they will always come first. Pretty sure Bell feels the same.

Any further inquiries can go to forum PM, or in the support ticket.
