New Moderator Vote

It's time to shake off the dust and invite a new person to moderate these forums - it has stood inactive quite a while now.

It has come as a majority suggestion that Crono be introduced as our new Levels Forum Moderator.

Cast your opinion.

Elizabeth 06-02-2008 10:42 PM

this probably wont change anything, but
i think tigairius would be a good mod

crono would be a good one too.

Rufus 06-02-2008 10:43 PM

Already a thread for this..

Dude.. what the **** *****. A moderator's job is to read through the "list of messages" and deem what's appropriate, which kind of suggests if they're doing their job they're going to read it. Since when has it been courteous to attach a poll to a thread, and since when has it been courteous to attempt to hijack someone's thread?

Hijack suggests the nature of the thread was changed, which it has not. If you're not happy please discuss it with me privately - we're basically spamming what would be a very simple thread with argument. >_<

Elizabeth 06-02-2008 10:50 PM

well they could atleast be resonable while doing their job ..

Pimmeh 06-02-2008 10:56 PM

Yes!
Ja!

I hate you all.

Especially Rufus for trying to be a smart ass, but really just looking like an ass for linking to the other thread that Stephen obviously knew about already since he posted in it before making this thread.

It's very simple.

Dan entered this thread pondering one thing: Who is this Crono fellow?
He quickly realized that Crono has gained an impossibly large amount of fame in a very short time. This can mean no good.
He quickly voted against him, after all, it would slander this Crono guy's good name! He wears the signature and avatar of his once-beloved Gerami, and even imitated his posts! Yet... there was a weak link...
http://forums.graalonline.com/forums...6&postcount=28
THAT IS NOT GERAMI! Clearly this Crono follow let his guard down and posted an immature, inappropriate post. Gerami would never do that. This further reinforced Dan that his idea to vote against Crono was a good idea... after all, it's not Crono! In no way should an imposter steal the reputation of his lovely Gerami, and doubly so, he should not gain such an awarding honor of moderating these fair lands of Graal Communication Center(reserved for gold and vip subscribers) on such false pretenses.

Then Rufus told him Gerami was Crono.

Public polls are always biased.

Huh is Gerami the same person as Crono? :megaeek:

Like I didn't know =p

Crono 06-03-2008 04:00 PM

I don't think the poll should have been public though, now I'm not doing Dan anymore favors on Bomy Island.

I don't think the freedom of opinion should get punished this way.

I was kidding. I actively work on Bomy Island.

And now to flex my new-found powers, this thread has served it's purpose. Feel free to discuss how much you love/hate me here:

Okay, now I feel reassured.
