Scripts not working while capturing o.0

It seems that some of my scripts on Maloria aren't working while capturing video using Graal's built in video capture. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know what to do to fix it? o.o

I know it's set to remove GUIs ...

You can disable that in options.

It's not that. Just certain scripts aren't working right, or not at all when capturing, and I'm not talking about GUI's. I don't have that option set anyways.
