Bomy Type
 

I am trying to make a bomy type thing but just for the hell of it. I wanna make like a little creature that just walks around so I am trying to design it. I Have psp but im not to good with it.

If anyone can help me get started I would greatly appreciate it. My main problem is I dont know what steps to take. Like start with an outline or what. Also how do people do it?

Do they zoom in like 40x and do each little dot?

don't use psp for a bomy. Use MS Paint, you have to draw it out by hand, it takes longer but it looks better in the end. I use MS paint for most of my GFX work.

So psp wouldn't be good for doing all of it.

You shouldn't make a bomy with PSP...that's a big no-no.

Um...then technically wouldn't it not be YOUR bomy...?

There's something called a TEMPLATE that you download! How do people do it? Lots of practice and GFX skills.

"Dots" as you call them, are really called PIXELS

Just a few pointers...

What's the big deal what program someone uses? PSP, Photoshop, and Paint all get the job done. But I like photoshop best haha.

I didnt need help making a bomy, i needed help with where I should start.

Also, I didnt know there was a bomy template!

The template is nothing more than a guide to show which sprites go where.

I know.

you start with the front view.. be creative and don't over size it.
Practice is all I can say to you..
