An option to turn off "x changed profile of y"

Please, let us have that.
If you dont know what I mean, after the server restarts today, we suddenly had a new function...and a new rc message going with that, which seriously spams rc chat.

Indeed, apparently RC is showing when players change their own profile using the normal method.

Because us staffers totally need to know when players change their profiles. I can think of like 101 reasons we need to know that.

I think globals can change profiles now if needed, and there was need for a notice now.. though maybe it should only show a message if a profile's being changed on RC?

(changed profile of = changed the profile of btw hehe)
