Protected accounts

Upon coming back to Graal, I can no longer log on to my xAndrewx account! I know, it's strange!
However, I am receiving the confirmation email but it's just not working. It's coming out with (upon clicking the link inside the email)

Hmm, do you have more then one account registered on your email? If so, then it needs to be done manual :o

I assume you tried support center? There was another thread identical to this where Ibonic said it needs to go through the support center.

Nope.

I've not tried the support center.
