Barrels
 

The barrels that you can enter should make you invulnerable to damage or at least hide your nick under your character.

Somebody went in a barrel the other day and i could not hit them.

Maybe you just suck. :D

I was there, trying to hit him too. When he was out the barrel I broke his ac.

You can hurt people in barrels with magic.

I was in the cargo hold of a boat so that wasn't an option for me. But I'll keep in mind for next time ;)

You can use magic in the cargo hold.

I guess I do suck then.

GK has gotten nothing done with development in forever- it'd take the admins years just for the smallest barrel edit.

Ok while you all are chatting about non topic stuff. I'll actually explain why your barrels don't work like you want... First of all its a local client side gani, as far as the server cares your just using a different gani ontop of the barrel itself. The npc doesnt have any codes to make you invinicible mostly because staff don't want you afk idling in them and being invincible, but I think it has something to do with their paranoia.

But yes I do think that barrels should atleast hide the fact that your actually there to anyone who enters the level or is in the area allready when you get into one. Just a little silly that it makes you look like your just standing in/on one.

And I'm sure I got some details a little off or possible wrong, so don't bother quoting it, just the general idea of it all ok.
