Gelats Refill - US (SMS)

I tried sending a text to: 233333 and I got a text back saying:

Can anyone help?

did you text the correct thing to it?
Like lets say you got something, you had to text GELATS to get Gelats (this won't work, don't even try it xD), you have to type that in..?

It says text 2333333 and put: PASS in the text message.
