i was bored, and i thought that there should be a M16 in the game, so i edited the BR (because i cant make zone style) to make a M16.

to a bit more rite a m4 is the standard weapon but there are mods that u can add to it and make it look like the fully loaded m16... they are some wat similar in shape...

M4's and M16's look nothing alike they have diffrent type of attachments and there basic look is that m16 is bigger and more lighter colored where m4 is smaller and more dark because it was ment for the seals just wikipedia it if you wanna see

Not always. Also, the M4 in Counter-Strike doesn't have a 'nade launcher. The up and down views are a bit crappy aswell. You need to have front and top view instead of just top :P Noticed how buildings are done? Notice how you can see a cliff and on top of it aswell? Should be the same for any graphic.
