This, in my opinion, provides enough information for staff members to get interested, but since I like you guys, I am going to let you in on something that differs from the information that I put up on the Wiki.
It's my favorite race that we designed, the Halflings.

They are curious and thus make excellent scientists. They who have talent for Magic can quickly progress to master all the schools. The Halflings thought of most Scientific laws and the Laws of Magic Usery. They are physically weak and grow to 4.9 feet. They can live up to 150 years in harmony with their surroundings. They love food and drink and eat with an appetite that could beat dwarves easily. They are quick and silent, more agile then Elves, which makes them the perfect assassins and thieves. Although they can be great thieves there is little to none criminality in the Smewhabble community. Everyone has what his heart desires. The Northern School of The Noble Art of Magic is founded by the Halflings and is currently stuffed with (Halfling) students who try to pass the Master’s Test as quickly as possible. Because there has been peace in Smewhabble for near a millennium most mages and wizards focus themselves on practical magic: Like earth to plow the land and fire to heat up the ovens. They breed cows and grow grain but have no sheep or pigs. Their clothing is made from the cotton plant, which only grows around Smewhabble.

Further on, I would like to get to business.
We need staff. Codein, Ell and me are working really hard but we didn't get anyone with real skill and ambition to apply yet, and for our future plans require:

-GATs. We need people who are good with tiling,icons,custom bodies and weapons, one of these will do afcourse!

-LATs. Important, since the tileset is really getting along nicely thanks to the work of our very own Codein. We need people with reasonable skill to fill up those levels! We feature a very large world, and need people to make the levels stand out.

Please do remember, half of the world based ideas i helped you come up with, you were about to re-do all the RPA-requiring bull**** of val ALL OVER AGAIN when i joined, what, 6-8 months ago?

Actually, the majority of people who have applied to work for Quian'Dor have little to no skill. One person even went as far to say "Oh, right, what's an NAT? I might be good at that."

What makes you think it was directed at you?

Quian'Dor was the same you described when I joined but ideas were thrown around and it is what it is now.

Guys, I need a game designer to help me out with the details on races and civilization, and on game mechanics and concepts of gameplay.
Requirements:
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Experience with High Fantasy novels, like Feist, Tolkien and Robert Jordan.
- A team player. I, myself, discuss a lot with my staff members, mostly including conceptualizing.
- Idea's

P.S. You dont need to be extremely no-life about this, Email discussion is also very useful to me, so everyone can write in their spare time, even when I am not online.
