******* bad request

Fix this PLEASE.
It is highly irritating. No formatting fixes it. At all.
ANY time I try to post a script, I get a bad request. It makes sharing scripts a pain in the ass. For a game that revolves around development, and where helping each other should be encouraged... this is ridiculous. Especially when you have to have a subscription to access the forums ;)

EDIT: HAHA... speaking of which I got a bad request trying to post this. Good job, Irony. I don't even know why it did it, I've got no code in this post.

This always happens to me when I have a percent sign in my post.

I have no problems. :/

pooper200000 12-24-2007 04:39 AM

It happens to me whenever I have a large post :(

Point is, it happens a lot, but mostly because of scripts(I believe the bad request is something they added to stop malevolent intentions), because of all the characters and similar script to javascript, it has in it. Either way, it happens, it's annoying, please fix it.

If you're just writing up a post(like my first post in this thread), you can simply just change stuff around until it works. Not the same with scripts. You can't just change scripts, so you're pretty much screwed, having to attach it. Sucks.

is this when it happens using the [ PHP ] thing or actual file?

DustyPorViva 12-24-2007 05:08 AM

It checks everything in the post, whether in php/code/quote, whatever tags.
That's why I attach a file to the post.
