As you might know, there are the Quian'Dor tiles compared to RPG Maker tiles.

Are they traced? Are they just mere recolours? I admit, they look the same, but they're not recolours. Hell, I've never seen those RPG Maker tiles before, since I drew all my inspiration from Esteria's tiles and Secret of Mana.

If my opinion is credible here (since Quian'Dor is mine), I say that the one who even implies that Jimmy stole these is an idiot. They have a general architectural style that is the same, but nothing more.

I'm having a hard time knowing what exactly what you want use to compare. Post the RPG tiles themselves(not a copy or paste or anything, just the original image), then I'll tell you. Though from what you posted, the rugs in the second image are EXACTLY the same ones from the first tileset.
Oh, and I really like those grey stone steps.

For the rugs... the grey thing isn't even a rug! It's a stone pathway or something. The houses are similar in influence... but there's no way to avoid that, it is medieval after all. He's being retarded.
There is nothing stolen, recolored, or even similar to each other.

Well, RPG Maker was full of user created and ripped gfx, alot of rpg maker's tiles came from snes and sega games. so the person saying they look like RPGM tiles isnt entirely false.

RPG Maker's tiles, as far as I remember, were custom made... at least the ones that come default with RPG Maker.

Do they look like RPG Maker's tiles? No, they look like RPG tiles. There's nothing unique about a greyish house with wooden supports and a red roof. Nearly every RPG has them. They look like the houses from RPG Maker 'cause RPG Maker's houses look like every other RPG house. There is nothing even close to consider ripped here.
