When using a keyboard to play Graal, Arrow Keys or IJKL?
 

I'd go as far as to say that most people use their keyboard for movement, but personally I have NEVER used the IJKL keys for it since I started. I know they were used for 2 player mode, but that's long gone. Should the keys be removed to make more keyboard space? Well lets see if anyone actually uses them..

at least disable them for now
i think it creates conflict on Graal kingdoms when I hotkey a spell to one of those keys...

I tried using them once but kept hitting the wrong keys,

Arrows. IJKL makes it pretty cramped... not to mention the I is a little off to the left, making it awkward. I did not, however, find WASD set-up on online games odd since it made pretty good use of the layout with the mouse.

Ibonic sucks.

Find the exact same thread. I posted this because Zodiac uses a lot of the keys for their default controls, there's not much room for macro shortcuts, and there's two sets of movement controls.

Not really. Quite obvious everyone uses the arrow keys. A space bar or S key is a useful one because that depends on fighting style. But that thread has been made.

Polls are boring unless there are like 100 different choices lol. Gj for now though.

Can't you disable them in options on Windows? I know you can't on Mac-- it's bugged, but I remember I did so I could hotkey them on Windows.

I used to use num pad on my desktop, so when I switched to laptop I kept my hand on the right side and started using IJKL. There should be a way to disable IJKL in the options or something so macros can be used on Zodiac/Kingdoms since so few people do use this option.

Hmm, you may be able to edit them in the config txt if I remember rightly.

It sure would help to disable them i keep hitting them on GK when using hotkeys on keys near IJKL.

I remember you suggested to make them stay... i hate clicking them off everytime i log on.

I use IJKL and the S key for attacking. The arrow keys hurt my hand. : (

I use IJKL because my right arrow key is broken. I've actually come to like it, just takes some time.

Arrow keys -- Hell, I didn't even know you could use IJKL.

rofl, Sorry for not being able to read sarcasm.

I use IJKL because it makes it easier for me to press other buttons like "M" for my map and other hotkeys (especially on GK)... makes it easier for PKing too, because I can easily reach the space bar with my right hand (since I'm right handed I am a bit faster with that hand.) Sometimes when I am just walking around I use number pad because of the way my desk is situated, and rarely do I use the actual arrow keys.
