I will be resigning
Like everybody knows, l will help Sam about the events masters team.
I will also resigne as Governor because l cant do both. l let Felix alone as Governor, and l am sure he will does a good job alone. I will resigne and change my rank to Retired Governor today. Of course, I will always help the kingdom if needed. Yann |

You don't really need 2 governors though. 1 is enough. |

When Alan was Governor, maybe a 2-leader system worked, but that's completely different as the 2 leaders are a married couple IRL. And there'd probably be a lot of people who would say Governess was a subordinate rank to Governor. For as long as I've known, there's always been 1-leader for a kingdom. I can't explain it, but you just KNOW who the leader is (maybe it's due to who the former leader actually appoints as new leader). It's not a sex-based thing either. Around 2003/2004, the leader of KJ was female (nalle?), and she had a male subordinate leader. Same was for Zormite at the time I believed (wren?). So having 2 Governors is like having 2 Kings. If I'm not mistaken, Pirates had a 1 leader-system for years, and unlike the other kingdoms, no secondary leader. I would say Bosh was the first sub-leader as Vice Governor. That was probably a better system for having 2 male leaders. Again, I might be mistaken though, but you'd need someone more savvy on pirate history than I am to know for sure. And finally, it prevents any future conflict. The systems you put in order now may remain official for years to come (or however long kingdoms continue to live). So while you and Yann may have got along, future Governors may have problems with eachother. Then they'd have to start appointing people who get along rather than people who are best suited for the job. It's a chain-reaction of problems I suppose. |
