Consecrate

I remember when somebody consecrated one of the other altars. Maybe the spell could be changed so that only the person who casts the spell can pray on the other altar. Maybe also include a different rare relic for each altar to have the spell succeed. Also this spell should be only accessible by like lvl 25 or higher wisdom.

Can you rephrase that better please? I am having a hard time understanding what you mean.

when consecrate worked, someone who prayed to ogma casted it on another altar(I think it was aengus). It turned the aengus altar into an ogma altar pretty much. it would bless weapons of ogma of aengus.

Instead of changing the altar I think it should let you pray on said altar for 1 day(24 hours). Maybe make it so you have to collect a rare item for the spell to work. Maybe you could only cast it once a week or something like that? maybe other gods would get used a good bit more.

Concecrate would unbalance fighting if it was made to allow two blessings in one. The obvious choices would be a Govannon and ogma combination from Fr0chin/Essence and John. Any weapon could be made epic, infact a weapon that has less effects when clean would be a better choice since the chance to inflict poison would be reduced if there are extra effects. Clean rares such as BS, DF and others would be of higher value whilst the current effect weapons would lose value...

It's just not going to work ever again although I don't recall it ever.

It would say of ogma of aengus. It would only have the stats of Aengus though. It was so you could consecrated another altar if you were high enough in Wisdom, Then anybody that followed your god could go pray on The altar you consecrated. It would say of ogma of Aengus, but it would only have aengus stats.

The problem was. The altar never changed back. You made it kinda like a personal way to bless to another god. but very rarely able to use... like once a weeke or month. and you would also have to collect a rare relic in order to complete this spell on an altar.

The thing is it did work, but there was problems with it so they removed it.
