Forest Melee Shield
 

I have created two similar shields for Forest. Please tell me which one you like better!

I dont really like either of them, since they dont really fit the graphics style of Graal Kingdoms. The basic shape is not too bad, but detail and shading you have to work on.

Well give me some ideas. Theres not much I can really think of to do differently with the shading. what would you suggest? Im trying to get away from the whole Golden border around the shield and go with green. Which part do you think needs the work? Is the sword good? is it the gray part or the green?

Any suggestions would be nice

Well, the whole shading of all the things is pretty off. Theres no real lightsource, and you use lots of gradients, and LOTS of colors.

would you say i should use less colors?

No, because if you dont like either then you need to give me some ideas of what I could do, which no one is giving any. And no Im not Argo Im Fenix, Im exactly who I say I am. Argo is considering playing again, but I need to get gear for him to play so it'll be some time before he comes back if he ever does. Ummmm And these are the first shields Ive ever made so please give me all the constructive criticism and not just "i dont like either."

You should take this to the graphics section if you want criticism. If you post here asking which one in a poll, expect to only get an answer, not help.

you should look at the onw Draxx made for forest. It looks great. But they would never put it on.

Yea, they're both pretty horrible.
