Clovers do not raise the player's luck. However, if they did, the item's realname has the ability to have (luck +) in it, so it would show if it did grant any luck at all. I think it's safe to say that the only items that grant luck+ are the items that clearly state it in the name when it's examined. Even if a clover had (luck+1) on it, since it's food it would need something else because when you apply an object to your mudplayer it takes on the attributes of the item, you don't apply the food to your mudplayer, so you wouldn't take on it's affects like luck+1, con+1 or str+1.
