Useless Restricktions

Ok... 1st off when I saw "You must wait 10 seconds befor seting your head" I was knocked out of my chair... Setting your head isnt going to hurt the game. Why restrickt it? Same way with setting name... I can see why unstick me is restricked. Since it weould be too EZ to escape a spar but I think that shoudl be cut down to 10....

It is resticted because people are using a bot to change heads every 0.05 seconds and it was lagging up the servers.
