Are you talking about Classic Graal? Because if you are it's because FAQ had a bad rep on that server and they wanted to change the name and give them a "fresh start". It was in the news

Why is there a pink background on your avatar? o.O

It's not pink, it's red and for some reason I can't make my background transparent so I had to fill it in with a color :(

There I changed it to brown, just so I don't look *** and all

Change the background to white, and make a border around the avatar.

Graal FAQ sounds a lot better than Graal Help.

because that god soo many questions like "what does FAQ stand for?" and those types of things, and I think Lara didnt know either so she had to change it.
