password changing
 

i changed my password @ graalonline.com, but when it sends me a new one it only accepts my old one.

anything ???

Put a ticket in at http://support.graalonline.com/ or forum pm Ibonic. I don't quite see how it could of sent you a password yet not actually changed it.

same happened to me, Ibonic had to fix it.

This may be b/c you have an old accnt to the same email as your new one. I have that with my two accounts. Two are to the same email, and with the new graal website it asks for the email to send the new password to instead of the Account name AND/OR email. So I type the email and of course, it changes they accounts password that I dont want changed. So I would have to go through the hassle of sending in a ticket explaining it or ask for Ibo to send me a new one to my email, and wait for him to finally get on the computer and read it... Takes to much time that way :( Im a impatient guy

i just locked my account to my pc id , should really fix though
