0 being cut off in PMs

Yea, say you are pming someone the following text:
"012345678
Theres my ICQ number!"

Not a pretty good example, but good enough to show you what I mean. The one whos receiving the pm would get the following text:
"12345678
Theres my ICQ number!"

It cuts off the 0.
