Can't Activate Account On Support Center

I'm not receiving my activation link email after I register with the support center. >_<

Lol, that's gotta be quite odd.

"Man, I have a problem, let me register on the support center and send a ticket--"

"Where is my e-mail for registration? Jeez, now I need to send 2 tickets."

But doesn't it usually take around 24 hours sometimes? I've signed up for forums and registrations that said it would be "immediate to 24 hours", and it's always been immediate or next day.
