Name Vote for Floating Island
 

Vote and if you want give your reasons.

No idea why Kaimetsu is winning bot polls, do people not understad that they are two different islands?... Seriously, once you see that Kaimetsu has practically won the battle island name, common sense should dictate that there is no need for the Floating island to have the same name... :noob:

All of those names, except Kaimetsu are generated using an RPG name generator. An important part of naming an island is being able to at least read it... I vote Kaimetsu.

Reasoning is to vote for Kaimetsu in both polls hoping it will win at least one.

I don't like any of these names. There is no relation to the island nor Graal kingdoms for me.

Theres a magical thing called roleplaying that allows you to create stories around any name there. I do it all the time when writing.

But since Kaimetsu is already raping the other poll, wouldn't it be sensible to not vote for it again in a seperate poll for the other island name?...

I honestly agree with Sam.

Then I have a solution

Tig and Sam can name both islands.

It becomes related to Graal kingdoms after you give something the name. The 2K2 town names were either lifted from 2K1 or made up.

I find "Istystirin" really good sounding for a floating island :3

What I mean is, it would be nicer to have a name with a relation for example:
Certamnata. This is also a fantasy name, but it's made from Certmen (lat.: fight) and Natatio (lat.: island).
Maybe we will find such a name.

i like aitheriam, cuz it sounds better, but it's too hard to spell, so Kaimetsu

So basically we're comming to a point where 2nd place on either polls gets the name of that isle since Kaimetsu is practically 'pwning' both polls...

Or would you like both of them to be called Kaimetsu and referred to as twins?

They remind me of Graal a lot.

I don't like any of the names but if i had to vote it would be Kaimetsu just because most of you seem to like it.

First thing that came up in my mind was...well, second thing actually (right Raven? :D)...Nathraltalia. Lots of 'a's as usual. Dunno, sounds "floating" somehow o.O

I guess Aetheriam isn't that bad either.

Look if we don't come to a sensus I will name them both. I have several names picked out and I am down to two I like.

That's a really nice way to handle it fair and square. You are definitely a role model for us all.

As I said in another thread, Kaimetsu means destruction.

@Bjorn: start looking through topics. I had one for two days that let people list names. I took down that Kaimetsu Island one.

I think Stefan and I will have our world on this. I personaly don't feel confortable giving a player name to a island.

Alright then I will just finish deving them and you and Stefan can name them. :D

I know I shouldnt do this, but why not name it after Kaimetsu? WoW also did that, kind of. At the christmas event, there is "Metzen the Reindeer". Named after their storyline writer, "Chris Metzen".
