Could the message get changed..?

It sounds retarded "Thanks for giving rep to <acct>, you might be lucky and get some back!", what kind of a message is that, if you give someone negative rep.. >_>

Forum Reputation is pretty much just feedback on the user and their posts. In my opinion atleast.

I don't think that message matters much.

"Thanks for giving him what he deserved" is what they're trying to say. Heh.

lol, it just sounds weird with the "If your lucky, you might get some part" etc.. part xD

yea, if you're lucky you'll get positive rep even though you gave a negative one

It should leave the account name when you give rep, some people like to hide and not give their name when they give negative reputation, because of course they're going to get it back.

Someone did that to me before and it was really easy to find out who did it because he was the only one with a complaint against me.

People shouldn't give negative or positive rep because someone gave it to them. That isn't what it is suppose to be for. People should be anonymous if they want.

As for the message, it is kinda silly, but really not a big deal.

If people give you negative rep for something like "don't give graphics advice you have no idea" I would give it back. I didnt when I got that, though I know who it was, but I would give it back in the future.

Rep system is dumb. Does anyone actually pay attention to it to actually gauge a persons reputation?

Exactly, if people give me negative reputation for retarded reasons or without actually understanding the whole situation then I'll give it back.

Exactly my point, no one pays attention to it because this kind of thing has been, and always will be a joke in the Graal community. Graal has never been 'responsible' enough for these kinds of things, hell, most of the internet isn't.
