New footstep effects and new Kart race track
 

Some new stuff on Kingdoms:
- new footstep effects, you can see footsteps of other people
- re-enabled the water bubbles when swimming
- replaced the horse race track with a new kart race track (the one from the main island will be removed sometime soon)
- removed the annoying walking sounds from the ice hockey animation

We will eventually change the footstep effects sometime to look better inside houses.

lol i had 49.63 on the new one Majin.

does it actually keep track of the fastest time? If not this would be a great feature. maybe log the three fastest laps and the accounts that did them. that would be awsome.

It's remembering the fastest time, it will say "new track record" if you beat it, otherwise it will say "new personal record" if you beat your own best time.
Currently the best time is 52.53 seconds for Googi (ravenblades time was done before the release)

The kart race scores should get put in the score room.

Is it released yet? If so, you can be sure i'll get around 3?.?? seconds. Maybie the late 20's depending on the track...

I wish they kept the times for the last track -.- I friggin pwnd it...

Fine with me, but theres a few problems allready with the foot track thing.
- Its raining, how is there dust?!
- Holly crap its dusty in these buildings (castles).
- Never knew I could kick up dust from outdoor brick tiles.

The outdoor footsteps (sound) actually fit better before you changed them.
But seriously, if your going to have any sort of dust indoors, change it to brownish or something. Seriously it looks like your feet are burning holes in the carpet.

But hey, good job on the outside tiles/terrain!

There go look at the attachment, does that anywheres inside the castle. Just the same as what happened without outdoor day/night effects before.

can the gocarts be taken from event island? They should block them from entering portal. Make people have to get them the old fashioned way. =D

I remember it was so funny when I drove the gocart to the ogma altar. Everybody was like "How did you get the gocart through the water" lol

Yeah you can but hey let them have fun they aren't hurting anyone.

I just checked them out, and here's my opinions.
I agree, there doesn't need to be effects on EVERY terrain. Sure, haunted houses should kick up dust, but not other interiors... perhaps houses. Dirt kick-up should be brown, not black.
As for grass, while it does look good, grass doesn't kick up puffs of green. I'd say it'd look much, much better if it kicked up blades of grass behind you.

I actually want a custom go-kart as a mount o.O +5.000 speed when equiped plz. Due to stearing it won't be the best for travelling through the woods o.O
