I dont like the 2 little tiny bubbles, they look for like stars or little glimmers of light. And if you can put some more bubbles and make a background.

Its cool.. except I dont really see a valid light source, which is making your highlighting look a bit akward. x_x

In fact, there are multiple light sources.

It's nice looking, but, consult sentence #1 in my post.

That's probably due to me stopping in the middle of it, going somewhere for two hours, then coming back and finishing it...
And I see two...one from above (the one that makes SENSE underwater...) and one to the left...

you could make his shell head thing more shiney :O Sorta reflection purply pink, and add rays of light on the background. Will brighten it up and give you some light to work with :D Make the whole general image nicer
