Spartan helmet
 

Just set myself a little something, no particular reason.

Still need to add the "hair" to it, any c&c and any ways I could improve it so far, are more than welcome.

Hmm, with the white background it makes it hard to see the detail/shade around the nose part of the helmet..

But I totally like that helmet :P You're going to make other views of it?

Possibly I mean, there would be no harm in me doing so.

I added some AA to it.

Cool. It looks like it's a bit mangled but cool. Possibly add a bit more shine to it, since it is metal :o

It doesn't matter. I was looking at it wrong =o

Try and define the sharp edges. Also, try and choose 1 light direction :o

By the way, working on a darker background sometimes helps alot

You don't use AA unless there is a static background. Otherwise it will end up looking like crap. The Spartan Helmet overall design is pretty good. I really, really like the design. The shading and coloring is so-so. As well the helmet looks really "new" if you can understand that.

He's not using it for anything really, so I'd say he'd get away with AA :P
