Tell your trials.

Gold Dot = Entrance/exit to/from the "main floor" of the Underground Dungeon.
Blue Dot = Stairs between the two floors of each kingdom dungeon level.
Orange Dot = Stairs to kingdom island.

The problem of trials getting stuck on kingdom islands only occurs because they're able to find their way to the kingdom dungeons and unstick in the first place.

Ravenblade1979 08-26-2007 07:23 AM

Hmm maybe Bjorn should add these to his site.

Better to just mass the thread URL. Maybe it will get a few people to join the forums.

All those maps takes a little bit fun off of the game. If the developer/creater of a game want it's players to know the findings of quests etc. they would put guideposts all around.

People use the maps for reference, i used the map once to find pirates.gmap and ever since i remembered where it was and never had to use the map again.

But i know what your saying it's more fun to get lost in the dungeon than it is to go the right way all the time just follow your feet and see where you end up.

Yeah, the best way to learn is to get lost and learn from your mistakes. You run a random direction and you don't know where your going to end up, really exciting.

I've reconnoitered almost all maps by myself and it was fun!

Drakeero 08-26-2007 03:05 PM

Well, whichever way this falls out, congratulations to you Googi for a job well done.

(and if its that much of a problem, why not block trials from entering kingdom dungeons from the main dungeon same way you block them from getting on ships? That way the whole problem is moot.)

Its not fun trying to find your way through large, undetailed dungeons which dont even contain any monsters...

Ravenblade1979 08-26-2007 06:22 PM

You can warp yourself around though sam. I think this was mostly put up for trials. Because they don't know this game that well.

Should have let the trials use boats or prevented them from unsticking through the dungeon then?

... You don't make much needed quest updates because people will one day complete the quests and help others complete them?...

Trials should not have access to another island beside main island and Hotaru.

I agree, Trials might mess up kingdom events on our islands.

Not just that, they'd be having too many benefits w/o paying... And eventually, you'll see trial's with houses...

sage_scooby 08-27-2007 04:03 PM

My only thing is on the dungeon exploration. I remember learning the main dungeon on my own, mostly from following lords.
As a mode of getting around no-one uses the kingdom dungeons. There are no monsters and i'd rather wait for a ferry.

Now if there were decent monsters in the kingdom dungeons and worthy monsters in the main dungeon I'd run through it all the time. As it stands though I'd rather read a map and get from point A to point B as soon as possible. It just gets boring and frustrating trying to run through empty dungeons.

Maybe they could add rooms like in the Haunted Houses to kingdom dungeons. I think that would entice people into them more often.

They are already messing stuff up ever since the new guest account came out. They are buying up stuff that some gold subscribers are looking for. They are scamming. I have seen a few in my events and that is making me mad. I have seen a few mass about buying house kits.

I think that once your 5 hours are up a message comes up telling you that your guest account has expired and until you get a gold subscription you won't have access to anything you bought and on top of that I would make a time limit..like. "Hello I am glad you are enjoying this fine server. Your 5 hours are up. I regret to inform you that until you purchase a Graal Kingdoms gold subscription your stuff will not be accessable too you although it is saved, but only for a short period of time"

Or something like that. I am sick and tired of all these guest accounts. Actually a trial took part in a event the other day and I refused to give him a prize for participating. As far as I am concerned..if you are not gold or vip stay out of the events.

Stefan has to fix this plain and simple.

I guess so. Ask Stefan he should know it, because he made the scripts.

I think they made the server lag too much or something, but i liked it when they did move it made it easier to hunt lords.

I don't know about easier but it made it more interesting. I spent countless hours camped by cove in the trees waiting for the drumming of a lords feet.

Me and my friends used to run around main listening for the lords stomp on ground and then we followed the sound to find the lords.

Yes, more interesting and fun. I remember times when we meet at some spots, waiting for lords and talk together and had no problems to share lords without any quarreling.

That was the good days, when Lords actually meant something. Now they are just giant exp balls to be lammed and shot at without any challenge at all.

They may as well just put up a shooting range and let us get free exp for actually hitting the target...

That is because there was nothing to replace them as a challenge. There definetly hasn't been enough monster or quests for eveyone for years, honestly, how many ice boxes can one person need? Btw, thanks for the maps, I will try to distribute the URL to trials.

sage_scooby 08-29-2007 02:08 AM

I hope you don't mind Googi. I put the maps on my GK site.
