Whats the deal?

It has been 2 weeks and Atrius npcserver is still down. I was away on behalf of family issues. I return after being told it will be up when stefan gets back. Yet here i am and no npcserver. I understand the circumstances and all. There has been no work done for the past 2 weeks on atrius because we don't have npcserver. And bell said it will be almost 2 more weeks before it will get fixed.

What bothers me the most is when i asked if i could have a "temp server" so that we can still work while we have this issue. Why not? please answer me this? There are easily 10 servers that no one ever is on! I'm not asking to have it forever i am asking to have it for about 2 weeks. Is that so much to ask for seriously? !pissed!

I thought it was common knowledge that Graals tech support is extremely lacking. Get up off your butt, Stefan and others. >=0

Well i'm complaining about stefan and unixmad. All the high globals (expect Ibonic) tried their best to figure out what was wrong. I am glad they did what they could. But when we found out that it was probably hardware problem; we were told we would have to wait a week. Stefan has been away from what i heard. And its been two weeks and nothing. I just can't see why Stefan can't get unixmad to fix it. Maybe i am missing something if i am, i am terribly sorry.

I know what you mean, the support is active in all the wrong positions. I bought my playerworld almost a week ago and Unixmad STILL hasn't made it, it's unbelievable x_x.

Stefan really didn't pick the best time to be on vacation, what with v5 still so glitchy.

The timer for you playerworld doesn't start till the server is made. If I'm wrong, I'm sure they will correct it. You get like 2 weeks more then you bought regardless in case problems like these come up.

Shouldn't you get like a month's extra in compensation? If you do, nothing much to complain about apart from a set back. If you don't, well, Christ...
