I never hear her say anything all she does is run from me and probably alot of other people O.o

The problem with most people on Zone is they take things out of context way too much. Leave her alone, shes a noob, but she doesn't harm anyone. Thing thats coming to my mind is she owns you and this is the only fair revenge you can think of.

Hehe, Cookie is always using the glitch to shoot down in bases, which is illegal. Already locked him/her 2 times for it.

I'm more concerned about the racism. It could lead to a ban if she does it a lot.
