Admin Message

Is it possible to send an admin message in game with a command?
Possibly a sendtorc/sendtonc built-in command?
I hate using with allplayers say2 blah

Although if you have a special messages system you could script that. =P It just won't make the Graal window pop up if it's not active. xP

It's possible if you make a weapon that everyone has display a message everytime its updated. Highly impractical though I wouldn't suggest it.
