Couldn't connect to the server

I keap getting a "Couldn't Connect to the Server" error. I
looked thro the forums and all and havent found a way to fix the problem. for me this error has been commming up for the past day now and I would like to play the game =[

Umm maybe a firewall? Also make sure your password is correct.

firewall=no i checked
password=no , i cant even get to the log in screen
