Tile layers?
 

So how do you use tilelayers? :<
i only know of the alpha var for it that made this motion blur effect

Try and find a thread about it from Zero, I believe he made one, and so far I think he's the only one that really knows how to do it.

There are two ways:
You can display then via script or you can directly edit the .nw file it self to have those tiles in the file. I suggest the latter.
