Thinks i'm a trial :[

Every once in a while, while on my deathbarrier99 account, I go into observer mode. It's says that I have to upgrade, when the wierd thing is is that I've been playing graal for almost 4 and a half years and my character has 1600 hours. Obviously, I am not a trial. But the client thinks that I am.

Wtf can I do?

How long you've been playing doesn't really have anything to do with being a trial. o.0

In the startup menu, it says 'Subscription status: Classic Subscription'.

And it's on Era.

My account did this today on UN (while the server appeared to be lagging, if that matters) and I have all subscriptions. When I reconnected it was fine.

More than a few people have reported it through the support center also.
