Style the PM windows?

I just had a go at it (attached screenshot) using with (GuiBlueWindowProfile) {} and it sort of works.

Problems are:
The window background is transparent where I don't want it to be (i have transparency in the image itself) and the buttons ignore minsize.

Maybe there's a better way that changing the GuiBlue* profiles?
