How long will i have to wait?

Ok so my account got banned and i can't change the e-mail because there are problems with it. Like i don't the conformation link e-mail sent to my new e-mail. So i made a ticket to have my e-mail changed. How long is it going to take for that to be changed. Then how long after that am i going to have to wait to get my account unbanned for something i didn't even do?
