Not working, really annoying. Only got one loadmap in the +system NPC. Gmap not working either; cant see anyone on it.

Having the same problem. I have gmaps= in the server ops. The GS1 and GS2 load map. The levels linked. But it only loads for some people..

To make sure that nothing is messed up first remove all loadmap's. Like I said before it can only be used for preloading maps and might mess up things more than actually help if you use it for the wrong purpose.

Afterwards upload the levels, the gmaps, make sure that you can /find it on RC chat, and the gmaps are downloadable and level files (you need two lines in the folder configuration, one for making it a level and one for making it downloadable). Then add it to the serveroptions with gmap=mapnames.

Then everything should be fine. If you appear in a map mart instead of the gmap (watch the players on the RC player list), then you also need to restart the gserver using the adminpanel.

Most common problem is probably that the gmaps are not downloadable or not levels (folder configuration). May be I can make it display some warnings when gmaps are used incorrectly.

Gerami: please also say what fixed it?

Always different little problems. In this case I moved the .gmap file to the levels folder rather than a custom folder and it solved it. Must have been something wrong in the folder options for the folder he had originally put it in.

I've realized even with folder config set right I can only have .gmap files in the level/ folder others the gmap get errors. :/
