Zone hackers.
 

at this moment right now alot of hackers are active on zone.. what can i do? no admin is on, and were being owned...

make a support ticket

SN, they tickets for Zone are ****. Vulcan is the only one that has access to them i do think. So unless Gambet starts being active were screwed. Gambet takes FOREVER to ban a hacker unless he's on and catchs them.

I have almost always found my support tickets answered. Perhaps you did something wrong ;) John you know that the hackers are dealt with when discovered.

But really Zone Tickets are ****.

The only thing about tickets is that after/if there answered you cant change the amount of deaths you got from it and its not like you can change it from ever happening... if tickets were instantly accepted (but that wouldnt work cause someone might not be doing something bad) and the person was locked tickets might be more useful... but theres not much point sending a ticket if its gunna be answered 4 days later x_x

I have seen DutchGuy hack about 5 times, and locked him 3 times because I wasn't admin the other 2 times.
I've also had several reports of him hacking but when I got on he was gone.

Support Desk can be very helpful. It's just annoying at how long it can take for a response. Could be hours, days, weeks, months you never know. We need a better system O_O

Well considering that I can be reached on GK or once I pop into zone you can pretty much contact me about hackers.

if you have a problem, with a hacker or something, you could also just forum pm me huwajux or jesse about it. and we can take it from there. (i barely am on graal, let alone the forums, so huwajux or jesse would be your best bet. lol.)
