Iricia broken

The bases can be claimed and one team can hold the bases for an unlimited amount of time with switching to the artic final level oddly. Also some effects like flames are not doing damage and do not go away unless you die and they no longer do damage. It would be very nice to have this fixed immediatly

Ok it went once after 314 seconds of base control. I am testing it again to see if it stays consistant.

EDIT: Tested and it is fine now oddly.
